World Mission Society Church of God Ahnsahnghong ] About Heretic

World Mission Society Church of God] About Baptism

Man is mortal. Why has man become a slave to death? The Bible tells us that all men come to die on account of their sin.

We cannot have life when we are still filled with sin. In order to receive eternal life, our sins must be disposed of. Baptism is the first step we can take toward salvation. Through this gracious regulation of God, our sins are cleansed and we are atoned.

Therefore, the Church of God performs baptism, according to the teaching of the Second Coming Christ Ahnsahnghong.

The origin of Baptism
God promised His people that He would send the prophet Elijah to prepare the way for Him; Elijah would appear before God came to the earth as the Messiah. The purpose of Elijah's coming was to testify about the Messiah, and to "make straight" the way for Him.

Isa. 40:3 『A voice of one calling: "In the desert prepare the way for the LORD; make straight in the wilderness a highway for our God."』

John the Baptist was sent to fulfill the mission of Elijah. He preached the news of repentance to the Israelites who did not obey the words of God, being confined within their hypocritical faith.

Matt. 3:7-9 『But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to where he was baptizing, he said to them: "You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the coming wrath? Produce fruit in keeping with repentance. And do not think you can say to yourselves, 'We have Abraham as our father.'" 』

Mark 1:4-5 『And so John came, baptizing in the desert region and preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins. The whole Judean countryside and all the people of Jerusalem went out to him. Confessing their sins, they were baptized by him in the Jordan River.』

John did not baptize people by his own will, but according to the orders he had received from God, who had sent him.

God established the principle of the forgiveness of sins through baptism, so that we could realize that baptism is one of God's righteous laws, given to us for our salvation (1 John 1:33). Therefore, Jesus set the example of being baptized, by John the Baptist, to institute baptism as a sacred law.

Matt. 3:14-15 『But John tried to deter him, saying, "I need to be baptized by you, and do you come to me?" Jesus replied, "Let it be so now; it is proper for us to do this to fulfill all righteousness."』

Matt. 21:32 『For John came to you to show you the way of righteousness, and you did not believe him..." 』

Baptism, the truth of righteousness, was not only an ordinance to testify about Jesus, but it was also a law of the new covenant, for Jesus himself baptized people and set the example of being baptized with water (Matt. 3:16).

John 3:22-23 『After this, Jesus and his disciples went out into the Judean countryside, where he spent some time with them, and baptized. Now John also was baptizing at Aenon near Salim, because there was plenty of water, and people were constantly coming to be baptized.』

When should we be baptized?
Baptism is the first step toward receiving God's favor, through which we receive the forgiveness of sins. It has been likened to the birth of a baby coming out of the womb. As our body is born from the womb and then learns about the world one by one, our spirit removes its sins and transgressions through baptism, being born again as a child of God. Then, after baptism, we learn about God's providence and the secrets of the kingdom of heaven.

Eph. 1:7-9 『In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace that he lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding...』

Without receiving the forgiveness of sins, we cannot be given the wisdom to recognize God. Therefore it is against God's will to insist that baptism should be given after six or twelve months of studying. If we want to believe in God, we should be baptized first. After, we are given the opportunity to participate in God's divine nature through our life of faith.

Here are some examples of those who, upon hearing the good news of Jesus, participated in God's righteousness by being baptized.

A eunuch who was in charge of the treasury of Candace [queen of the Ethiopians] was baptized while traveling along the road, immediately after Philip had testified to him about the Christ (Acts 16:13-15). A woman named Lydia, a purple cloth dealer, received Paul's message and believed in Jesus; she, and her household, was baptized immediately (Acts 16:13-15). And a jailer, who patrolled the gate of the prison where Paul and Silas were confined, heard about Jesus. Immediately he-and his family-came to believe in Jesus, and were baptized (Acts 16:25-33). Baptism means the rebirth of our spirit and it is the starting point of our faith in God.

Through baptism, we promise God that we will repent of our past sins and that we will follow the will of God. In return, God promises that he will remember us in the time of Judgment.

Suppose there is a church that insists that someone should be baptized after six months or one year, after his faith has grown. If he dies while learning the doctrines of this particular denomination-without having the promise of God's salvation-who will be responsible for his soul?

Baptism and Rebirth
All men are destined to die because of their sin. The kingdom of heaven is a place where our physical bodies can never step foot. Even though our bodies are slaves to sin and destined to die, God allows us the opportunity to return to heaven. To enter the eternal kingdom, our spirit should be born again.

John 3:3-5 『In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again." "How can a man be born when he is old?" Nicodemus asked. "Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother's womb to be born!" Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit."』

To be born again, our body must first die to pay for our sins. To make us realize this principle (of the forgiveness of sins and rebirth), Jesus made atonement for our sins by shedding His blood on the cross and then resurrecting. As Jesus died on the cross, our body should be buried through baptism. And as Jesus rose from death, we are to be born again as the righteous, only after our sins are forgiven through the grace of Christ.

1 Pet. 3:21 『...and this water symbolizes baptism that now saves you also-not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a good conscience toward God.』

Rom. 6:3-11 『Or don't you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life...Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him...In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus.』

The purpose of the law of baptism is not to wash the dirt off of our body, but to wash the sin off of our soul, so that we may be revived.

Baptism and the Book of Life
Jesus said, "No one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit." To be "born again" means to be born a second time-being born of the Spirit (John 3:1-8). As one's name is recorded in the census when he is born, so is one's name written in the book of life after he is born again of the Spirit. Therefore, when someone is baptized, his name is written in the Church's book of life, and most importantly, is also written in the book of life in heaven.

Matt. 16:19 『"I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven."』

Like this, when one's name is written in the book of life on earth, it is also written in the book of life in heaven. The Apostle Paul said:

1 Cor. 4:15 『...for in Christ Jesus I became your father through the gospel.』

Phil. 3:20 『But our citizenship is in heaven.』

Phil. 4:3 『Yes, and I ask you, loyal yokefellow, help these women who have contended at my side in the cause of the gospel, along with Clement and the rest of my fellow workers, whose names are in the book of life.』

And Jesus said:

Luke 10:20 『"However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven."』

Ps. 69:27-28 『Charge them with crime upon crime; do not let them share in your salvation. May they be blotted out of the book of life and not be listed with the righteous.』

Even if we diligently believe in God, unless our names are written in the book of life, we can never enter the kingdom of heaven. As it is written:

Rev. 20:15 『If anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.』

Rev. 21:27 『Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life.』

Isa. 4:3-4 『Those who are left in Zion, who remain in Jerusalem, will be called holy, all who are recorded among the living in Jerusalem. The Lord will wash away the filth of the women of Zion; he will cleanse the bloodstains from Jerusalem by a spirit of judgment and a spirit of fire.』

The prophet Daniel wrote:

Dan. 12:1 『"At that time Michael, the great prince who protects your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people-?everyone whose name is found written in the book-will be delivered."』

But David, the writer of Psalms, wrote:

Ps. 69:27-28 『Charge them with crime upon crime; do not let them share in your salvation. May they be blotted out of the book of life and not be listed with the righteous.』

Even though someone's name has been written in the book of life, his name will be blotted out of the book of life if he commits the unforgivable sin.

Rev. 3:5-6 『"He who overcomes will, like them, be dressed in white. I will never blot out his name from the book of life, but will acknowledge his name before my Father and his angels."』

Through baptism, we receive the forgiveness of our sins, our names are written in the book of life in heaven, and we are born again with a new life, just as Jesus was raised from the dead. That is why we are baptized. If we have not been baptized, we cannot keep the Passover, and unless we keep the Passover, our names cannot be written in the book of life. We must be baptized, and then keep the Passover, so that we can escape the last plagues and enter the eternal kingdom of heaven.

World Mission Society Church of God] Cross is an adol.

Nowadays, nearly every church uses the cross as a symbol for christ. but, the cross had been utilized as a symbol of paganism long before christ's crucifixion.
The catholic church considers the cross as an object of worship, and the Protestant churches use the cross as a symbol for christ. so, many people in those churches mistakenly believe that the cross has been used since the days of the early church. but, there is no record of the cross being erected on the church or of its pattern being made into an ornament. Historically, the cross first appreared in a church or a chamber in 431A.D., and it was first erected on the top of a steeple in 586 A.D. Thus, the veneration of the cross was a religious custom that appeared after Christianity absorbed paganism.
we have to understand the true meaning of the cross, descibed in the New Testament. The bible never tells us to boast of the cross itself on which Christ was crucified, but give thanks to the crist who was sacrificed on the cross, sheding His blood for our sins, and to receive the grace God gives freely.
The cross itself does not have the power to save. No matter on what instrument Jesus was sacrificed, it is only His blood that has power to atone for our sins. so, the cross itself is not important at all. it is only through the blood of Jesus that we can receive the forgiveness of our sins.

Ehp 1:7 "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace.. "

The cross of merely a cursed tree(Gal 3:13), used by the Romans as an instrument of execution. Those who hung Jesus on that tree will be tormented in hell forever.

From the Biblical point of view, the cross is an idol.
Whoever erets cross and worships it will be eternally cursed by God and will never enter the kingdom of heaven.

Excuses of Sunday Keepers- Part 1

There is not a single line authorzing the observance of Sunday service in the Bible.
In spite of knowing this fact well, some insist that Sunday in the Biblical day of Worship.
Let's find out what their excuses is.
"After Jesus' resurrection, the Sabbath was changed to Sunday; for the resurrection occurred on Sunday and the day of Pentecost when the Holy Spirit descended was also Sunday."

This is a nonsense excuse like a man insists that because he was born on Sunday, his father's birth should be changed to Sunday.
Resurrection Day and the Sabbath are basically different in commemorative meaning; the former is the day to celebrate the resurection of Jesus, and the latter is a memorial of God's work of creation. And the apostles celebated the day of Pentecost to commemorate the descent of the Holy spirit. Today's Sunday keepers, not celebrate the Pentecost, use it as an excuse to justify their Sunday observance. How detestable!
In addition to the Sabbath, God established seven annual feasts: the Passover, the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the Resurrection Day[The Day of Firstfruits], the Day of Pentecost [the Feast of Weeks], the Feast of Trumpets, the Day of Atonement and the Feast of Tabernacles.
Every feast has its own commemorative meaning.
Jesus said that He didn't come to abolish the Law but to fulfill it, and that not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, would by any means disappear from the Law until everything was accomplished.(Mt 5:17)
So the Bible says that if anyone takes away the smallest part of the law, God will away from him has share in the kingdom of heaven.(Rev 22:19)

The Hidden Manna and a New Name.

Rev. 3:12 『"Him who overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of my God. Never again will he leave it. I will write on him the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from my God; and I will also write on him my new name."』

Who is the new name of Christ?
There is a sign for us to recognize Him.

Rev. 2:17 『"He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, I will give some of the hidden manna. I will also give him a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to him who receives it."』
[The stone means Jesus - 1Pe 2:4]

The prochecy said that "Jesus will come a second time with hidden manna.
The manna is a sign for us to recognize Him.

Let's study what manna is.

John 6:48-51 "I am the bread of life. Your forefathers ate the manna in the desert, yet they died. But here is the bread that comes down from heaven, which a man may eat and not die. I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world."

Jesus is the heavenly manna which gives everyone eternal life.
Truly Jesus showed the Jews the reliable sign of eternal life that He is the Christ.

The, how could His people have the heavenly manna which gives eternal life?

Mt 26:19,26-27 "So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them and prepared the Passover.. While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take and eat; this is my body." Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.

Jesus allowed His twelve disciples to have the heavenly manna through the Passover so that they might have eternal life. In 325A.D., however the Passover was abolished by Satan. The Passover, heavenly manna, has been long hidden since then. For our salvation, Jesus will appear a second time and give the hidden manna in the last days.

Heb 9:27 "so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him."

The Second Coming Jesus will appear with the hidden manna and His newname in the last days. Only those who receive Him as Christ can have the hidden manna and His new name.

The prophet Isaiah prophesied that the Second Coming Christ, God, will appear and bring us the hidden manna, the Passover, in the last days.

Isa 25:6-9 "On this mountain the LORD Almighty will prepare a feast of rich food for all peoples, a banquet of aged wine [the Passover]--the best of meats and the finest of wines. On this mountain he will destroy the shroud that enfolds all peoples, the sheet that covers all nations; he will swallow up death forever. The Sovereign LORD will wipe away the tears from all faces; he will remove the disgrace of his people from all the earth. The LORD has spoken. In that day they will say, "Surely this is our God; we trusted in him, and he saved us. This is the LORD, we trusted in him; let us rejoice and be glad in his salvation."

In these last days, Christ Ahnsahnghong has restored the hidden manna, the Passover, with Jesus' new name.
He is the Second Coming Jesus the name of Holy spirit.
In spite of such undeniable signs, some refuse to believe Christ Ahnsahnghong as our God.
They are just like the Jews who didn't believe Jesus and crucified Him. even though Jesus showed them the solid sign.
Let's believe Christ Ahnsahnghong the Savior in the age of Holy spirit.
God bless you.

WMS COG] Our Home Is the Angelic World.

Where does the human soul come from?

When we study the subject of the soul, we must answer the following three questions.
First, where does our soul come from? Second, why does our soul put on flesh and live in this sinful world? And third, where does our soul go after we die? These three questions are very important for the hope of all mankind.
Without knowing where we are from, how can we know where we are going?

Solomon said,
Eccl 1:5-10 "The sun rises and the sun sets, and hurries back to where it rises. The wind blows to the south and turns to the north; round and round it goes, ever returning on its course... What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun....It was here already, long ago; it was here before our time."

Heb 11:15-16 " If they had been thinking of the country they had left, they would have had opportunity to return. Instead, they were longing for a better country--a heavenly one."

This verse means that if anyone does not think of the Country he left, he has no opportunity to return. Cetainly there is a place where the human soul comes from and where it goes. The body is born and perishes in this world, but the soul returns to wherever it came from. So the forefathers of faith admitted that they were aliens and strangers on earth. When Jacob, the forefather of Israel, was asked how old he was, he replied to Pharaoh, king of Egypt..

Gen 47:8-9 "Pharaoh asked him, "How old are you?" And Jacob said to Pharaoh, "The years of my pilgrimage are a hundred and thirty."

Heb 11:13-16 "And they admitted that they were aliens and strangers on earth. People who say such things show that they are looking for a country of their own."

All the above words spoken by the forefathers of faith tell us that all men in this world are aliens and strangers who have come from heaven, their previous world. Nevertheless, there are not many who think of their own country. It's because they completely lost their memory of the previous life by putting on a veil of sin. The prophet Isaiah wrote in regard to this matter..

Isa 59:2 "But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear."

In the spiritual world, we were noble angels, or the sons of God.
But because of our sin, we came to the earth in the flesh.

Then, how can we return to our spiritual home?
To show us that way, Jesus came to the earth in the flesh.

Mt 26:19,26-28 "So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them and prepared the Passover...
While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take and eat; this is my body." Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins."

Jesus promised us the forgiveness of our sins into the Passover.
Truly God is love. Jesus has opened the way to heaven through the Passover.
Whoever keep the Passover, will enter the kingdom of God.
I truly give thanks to God Ahnsahnghong who brought us the Passover again which was lost by satan.

The Sabbath, God commanded us as His custom.

Sunday Service is not coming from God [by evidence]

I will tell you the origin of Sunday service throurgh the history of christianity.
No one can deny that Sunday Service is not coming from the Bible.
because the history prove this fact.

1) The Biblical Sabbath is Saturday, Not Sunday.
[ The faith of our fathers - Tan books and publishers, Inc.]
" Not to mention other examples, is not every Christian obliged to sanctify Sunday and to abstain on that day from unnecessary servile work? Is not the obsevance of this law among the most prominent of our sacred duties? But you may read the Bible from Genesis to Revelation, and you will not find a single line authorizing the sanctification of Sunday. The Sciptures enforce the religious observance of Saturday, a day which we never sanctify."

2) Sunday was proclaimed as a day of rest and of worship in 321
[ The story of the christian church - Zondervan publishing house ]
" The first day of the week was proclaimed as a day of rest and of worship, and its observance soon became general throughout the empire. In 321 A.D. Constantine forbade the courts to be held on Sunday, except for the purpose of giving freedom to slaves; and on that day soldiers were commanded to omit their daily military exercises. But the public games were continued on Sunday, tending to make it more a holiday than a holy-day."

3) Sunday is the day of the Sun God
[ A Lion handbook / The history of christianity - Lion publishing Plc.]
" When in 321 Constantine made the first day of the week a holiday, he called it 'the venerable day of Sun'(Sunday)."

4) The Catholic church changed the Ten Commandment in the 5th Century
[ Catechism of the Catholic church - Libreria Editrice Vaticana ]
Observe the Sabbath day, to keep it holy [Pilo's Division]
→ Remember to keep holy the Lord's Day [St. Augustine's Division]

Thus, the Protestan churches, which branched out from the Gatholic Church, know well the historical fact that Sunday worship did not originate from the Bible. Nevertheles, they insist that the origin of Sunday observance is Biblical. A Catholic book entitled "The Faith of Millions" indicates that Sunday is a law of the Catolic Church alone and so it is unreasonable for Protestants to keep Sunday service, which is a Catolic institution, claiming to advocate a religious reformation by exposing the falsehood and errors of the Catholic Church.

5) "But since Saturday, not Sunday, is specified in the Bible, isn't it curious that non-Catolics who profess to take their religion directly from the Bible and not from the Church, observe Sunday instead of Saturday? Yes, of course, it is inconsistent; but this change was made about fifteen centuries before protestantism was born, and by that time the custom was universally observed. They [Protestants] have continued the custom, eventhough it rests upon the authority of the Catholic Church and not upon an explicit text in the Bible. That observance remains as a reminder of the Mother Church from which the non-Catholic sects broke away-like a boy running away from home but still carrying in his pocket a picture of his mother or a lock of her hair."

God is holy. He loves us; He spares no pains or sacrifice to save us.
God's command is the fruit of His great love for us, isn't it?
To reject His everlasting command is to deny God Himself.
I hope that you keep the Sabbath day as God commanded us for our salvation.
